Terms of Service

1. Service Description
Scheduly is a booking and availability management platform operated by PT Komodo Liveaboard Dwipantara.Scheduly provides tools for operators to manage schedules, cabins, bookings, holds, guest forms, and public availability pages. Scheduly is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform — we provide the tools, you manage your business.
2. Subscription Tiers
Scheduly offers separate plans for personal and business use.

Prices in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR), exclude applicable taxes. Billed monthly.
All paid plans include a 14-day free trial. No credit card required to start.
3. Payment Terms
- Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance
- Payment is processed via Xendit (credit card, virtual account, QRIS, e-wallet)
- Failed payments will be retried for 7 days before account suspension
- Booking fees (if applicable) are calculated at booking creation time and are non-refundable
- Privileged channel partners (Indahnesia, OpenTripKomodo, BajoRental) are exempt from booking fees
4. Cancellation & Refunds
- You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting admin@scheduly.id
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
- No partial refunds for unused days within a billing period
- After cancellation, your data remains available for export for 30 days. After 90 days, all data is permanently and irreversibly deleted
- You may request a data export before deletion by emailing admin@scheduly.id
5. Service Availability
We strive for high availability of the Scheduly platform and will notify operators of planned maintenance at least 48 hours in advance. We are not responsible for service disruptions caused by cloud providers, payment processors, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree to:
- Use Scheduly only for legitimate business operations
- Provide accurate information in your operator profile and booking records
- Not attempt to access other operators' data or circumvent security measures
- Not use the platform for illegal activities or to process fraudulent transactions
- Not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
- Not use automated scripts to scrape data or overload the system
Violation of these terms may result in immediate account suspension without refund.
7. Age Restriction
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use Scheduly. By using the service, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Scheduly and PT Komodo Liveaboard Dwipantara from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of the platform, violation of these terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
9. Force Majeure
Scheduly is not liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, pandemic, war, civil unrest, power outages, or infrastructure failures.
10. Data Breach Notification
In the event of a data breach that affects your personal or business data, we will notify you within 72 hours of becoming aware of the breach. Notification will include the nature of the breach, the data affected, and the steps we are taking to resolve it.
11. Authentication & Google OAuth
Scheduly uses Google OAuth 2.0 for authentication. When you sign in with Google, we access the following data:
- Email address — used as your account identifier and for transactional emails
- Display name — used to personalise your experience (e.g. greetings, reminders)
- Profile picture — displayed in the app interface
We do not access your Google Calendar, Google Contacts, Gmail, or any other Google service data. We do not store your Google password. Authentication tokens are managed by Supabase Auth and are never exposed to client-side code.
12. Analytics & Cookies
Scheduly uses the following analytics services to improve the product:
- PostHog — product analytics (page views, feature usage, funnel analysis). No session recording is enabled. Data is processed in the EU.
- Google Analytics 4 (GA4) — aggregate traffic and acquisition metrics
Both services use first-party cookies to distinguish unique visitors. No personal data (name, email, phone) is sent to analytics providers. You can opt out by using browser extensions that block analytics scripts.
13. Intellectual Property
Scheduly, its logo, and all platform features are the intellectual property of PT Komodo Liveaboard Dwipantara. You retain ownership of your business data. You grant Scheduly a limited license to process and display your data as necessary to provide the service.
14. Termination
- Scheduly may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms of Service, with or without prior notice depending on severity
- Operators may cancel their account at any time by contacting admin@scheduly.id
- Upon cancellation or termination, your data remains available for export for 30 days. After 90 days, all data is permanently and irreversibly deleted
- Scheduly is not liable for any losses resulting from account termination due to ToS violations
15. Limitation of Liability
- Scheduly is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform
- Our maximum aggregate liability is capped at the total subscription fees you paid to Scheduly in the 3 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim
- This limitation applies regardless of the form of action, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise
- This limitation does not apply to cases of gross negligence, willful misconduct, or breach of data protection obligations by Scheduly
16. Scheduly Personal
Scheduly Personal is a separate product offered alongside the operator platform. It is a free personal calendar for individuals who want WhatsApp or Telegram reminders for their events. If you use Scheduly Personal, the following clauses apply in addition to the sections above. Where this section conflicts with an earlier clause written for operators, this section wins for personal users.
16.1 Free Forever for Personal Use
Scheduly Personal is free for individual, non-commercial use. We reserve the right to add paid tiers in the future for advanced features, but the core personal calendar (unlimited events, two reminders per event, one connected messaging channel) will remain free. Using Scheduly Personal on behalf of a business, or to manage bookings for paying customers, is not permitted — use an operator account instead.
16.2 Reminder Delivery — No Guarantee
Reminders are delivered via third-party providers (Telegram Bot API and/or WhatsApp Cloud API by Meta). These providers are outside our control. We do our best to deliver every reminder on time, but we cannot and do not guarantee delivery. Reminders may be delayed or fail due to:
- Telegram or WhatsApp service outages or rate limits
- Your device being offline, in Do Not Disturb mode, or having blocked the bot
- Incorrect Telegram chat ID or WhatsApp number on your profile
- Network issues between our servers and the messaging provider
- Scheduled maintenance on our infrastructure
Do not rely on Scheduly Personal as the sole reminder system for anything safety-critical(medication, life-saving appointments, legal deadlines). Always have a backup.
16.3 Acceptable Use
When using Scheduly Personal, you agree not to:
- Create events or notes containing illegal content, hate speech, harassment, or threats
- Use Scheduly to plan, coordinate, or schedule illegal activities
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload our reminder infrastructure
- Share your account with others — each personal account is for one individual
- Use the reminder system to spam yourself or others (e.g. automated mass reminders outside normal calendar use)
- Impersonate another person or create fake accounts
We may suspend or terminate personal accounts that violate these rules without prior notice.
16.4 Third-Party Messaging Services
When you connect your Telegram chat ID or WhatsApp number, you acknowledge that Telegram Messenger Inc. and/or Meta Platforms, Inc. (via WhatsApp Cloud API) are independent services with their own terms and privacy policies. By entering your Telegram chat ID or WhatsApp number, you authorise Scheduly to send reminder messages to you through those channels on your behalf. You can revoke this authorisation at any time by removing the channel from your profile in Settings.
16.5 Service Availability
Scheduly Personal is provided “as is” without any uptime guarantee. As a free service, it may experience downtime for maintenance, upgrades, or infrastructure issues. We do not offer service credits, refunds, or compensation for personal users since the service is free.
16.6 Account Deletion
You can request deletion of your personal account at any time by emailing admin@scheduly.id from the email address on the account. See our Privacy Policy for retention details.
17. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms with 30 days notice. Changes will be communicated via the consent flow on your next login. Continued use of Scheduly after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
18. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms or your use of Scheduly shall be resolved exclusively through the courts of Jakarta, Indonesia.
